Martin Fellner, CEO and cofounder
Prior to founding Proximo in 1997, Marty spent 11 years as a consultant, helping large and midsized companies define and develop integrated databases that improve business processes. For several years Marty also served as an adjunct professor of computer science at Columbia University. He taught a variety of classes related to database design and programming. Marty possesses fantastic written and spoken communicative skills, a rare quality among technologists (and one that clients appreciate). Additionally, he subscribes to the belief that it is imperative to fully understand the people behind the process in order to design a system that will benefit them. He holds a B.S. in chemistry from Brooklyn College.
