Roshana was drawn to Proximo by its open culture and cross-functional teamwork, appreciating the collaborative environment where diverse ideas come together to create meaningful solutions. She thrives on the challenges her role brings, always eager to solve complex problems and drive impactful change.

One of her biggest accomplishments at Proximo has been the extensive business analysis and testing of a financial reporting automation process, significantly improving efficiency and accuracy. This achievement reflects her ability to streamline operations and ensure quality, which defines her approach to work.

Beyond her technical expertise, Roshana takes great pride in her strong sense of responsibility and ownership over her work, ensuring that every project she undertakes is completed with care and precision. She believes that her greatest strength lies in her compassion and empathy, allowing her to build strong connections with both colleagues and clients.

Outside of work, Roshana finds peace in hiking and exploring nature, always seeking new trails and breathtaking landscapes. When it comes to food, she has a deep appreciation for Nepali cuisine, with a special love for Dal Bhat Tarkari, the country’s traditional and comforting staple.

And when it comes to music? If she could see any artist, dead or alive, it would be Linkin Park — a band whose music has been a source of inspiration for her over the years.
